Quest Issue: Rune of Scale [middle] not dropping

Have been trying to complete the Runescale cloak quest

The Rune of Scale is not dropping from any of the deepwater crocodiles or deepwater caimans in Oasis. Have killed about 100 of them and no drop.

Watch for the patch notes to see it implemented.
