Also which classes and races get inherent AC bonuses? I know Iksars get the equivalent of about 40 AC (at lvl 60? does it scale up to 40ac or do they start with it at +40). Do warriors get more AC from armor / agility than shadowknights? rogues? int casters?

iksar ac bonus scaled with level, at least on live
warriors doesn't get more ac then other classes in classic, warriors get better return from ac post softcap though
