People having to fear their RL pic being posted here says a lot about the kind of people you'll run into in your emulated travels through Norrath

Nilbog is the best! He's level-headed, dedicated, and acts as the northern star for p99. If you ever lose your way along the path to classic, look to him! [You must be logged in to view images. Also, to everyone asking if he knows that nilbog is goblin spelled backwards, here's his response to my first 'how do you pronounce your character names' thread: http://www.project1999.com/forums/sh...3&postcount=29

I'm hoping it wasn't Nilbog who axed the dark night times, but I know he does refuse to allow item loot on the Rallos Zek FFA type server. He's the best but that was kind of a big "fuck you dont care if its not classic". [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
Maybe this server will see working stamina drain changes for swimming and melee. One can hope. | ||

This thread is a great way for the GMs to flag people who will be Elf Terrorists in the future.

Derubael #1 because he was the only one to go out of his way to help me when someone jacked my account when they implemented the account linking and recovery systems here at P99 that allowed previously unchangeable passwords to be changed again without having to know them.
Sirken is def bottom of the list because he's too worried about vying for attention and acting like he's running in some forever-long popularity contest in a 17 year old gaming community filled with a bunch of aging male nerds. And because he nerfed my name on red 3 years after the server launched despite being a day 1 creation that GM's had been fully aware of for quite some time, which accurately portrays how willy-nilly and unpredictable his decision making process is. If he did more bans of non-sting related rice-trades I'd probably give him a wide berth and 5 star rating because he does seem to do a lot of work before all that drama kicked off. I think he hit the deck since, or possibly lost some steam. Understandably so given the circumstances. As for Sirken, has done a better job than the rest, and I think that speaks to his longevity and status on the project. As a bonus, he has taken action on rice-trade bans when handed smoking gun information on major deals. Sometimes hitting up to 33 veteran accounts on a single deal. (Since it was mentioned earlier, it was on my mind. And it stands out to me as a huge positive) Albeit it was somewhat reluctantly, but I don't think anyone likes to ban veteran players over rice-trading for what its worth. And that seems to be the road Braknar has taken by declining player submitted proof in certain circumstances. With Sirken due to his position, people are going to find things to complain about, but since I am not a top 3 guild raider, I never cared much for the criticism of him. A lot of the criticism of Sirken seems very overblown, and I am always glad to hear about who's upset now because someone got such and such a call. Because when I read the details its mostly people with an agenda or people venting they lost a call. Everyone wants to be on the receiving end of a call, that's the nature of the beast.
