Returning player - Forgotten username and pw for P99 game login

As the title suggests, I am a returning player. I have forgotten my UN and PW. How do I go about requesting a pw reset and my username? I am able to log into these forums but I believe, if I'm not mistaken, the creds are different to log into the game. Correct?

Thoughts?

If the forum UM and PW are the same as game log in then I'm good to go. Otherwise, I might need some direction as to what I need to do. Thanks!

Older accounts were done through a different site all together. IF you don't have the account set up in the left nav of the home page your pretty much SOL.
