Spells: Call of Flame (ranger spell)

The ranger spell Call of Flame shows up as Ranger (255). I have updated spell files, and it won't let my 50 ranger memorize it (lvl 49 spell from Call of Flame quest)

I know a certain someone who has it and casts it. Even on me once when I was charmed. Do you have the new-new spell files?
