2nd amendment can only be altered by another amendment to the US constitution. Guns are going to stay legal in the US until that happens. In the mean time, there's a certain amount of responsibility that comes with having the freedom to posess and use a firearm that is the duty of the user to understand and operate within the framework of the applicable laws. Yeah, i agree. You have a certain responsibility when you have a car to drive safely, for you and for the other people on the road. Which is why you have to respect the different rules that applies. Why do you accept such rules for driving a car and no rules for owning a weapon ?

I can't drive a car if i'm blind, but i can own a firearm. If you think that's logic, i'm sorry but i can't do anything for you.

Ok i'm gonna be more specific: you can't get a driver's licence if you're blind. If you don't have a driver's licence, you can't drive a car.

Yes, you can OWN a car and not drive it. You do whatever you want with your money. As far as i'm concerned, if you wanna buy firearms as a blind man to put them on walls, i'm fine with it.
