Default Trouble logging in?

I get to the character screen and the EULA pops up and I hit accept and the game freezes. This happened last time and I uninstalled it, reinstalled it, and now it's doing the same thing. How do I fix this?

It's probably an application error. I have a very bad virus on my pc and it's probably effecting my comp as we speak so that might account for something.

OS is Windows 10.1
It's defaulting to Window mode which is pissing me off, probably cuz my ini's are messed up or my whole computer lol.
Resolution is 800x600 native screen is 1600x900
Connection is wireless currently.

If it was an application error it would tell you. At the Eula hit alt + ent and see what happens.

I doubt the virus is Going after Everquest.

It sounds like your install does know what resolution to be at and bugs out. Remember the launcher/login is different from the game and a lot of switching screws with it.

I've fixed it a little bit but I'll continue fixing it to see what it does.
