Just happened to click ol' pliny pals name and realized he hadn't posted in a very long time.

So I click "Find all posts by Pliny" and lo and behold...every thread 100% he has ever posted in is locked.

Do threads auto-lock after a certain amount of time has elapsed? I don't remember this being a feature of these forums.

And really there's plenty of legit reasons to bump a thread.

I was under the impression its the Guides who do the majority of the deletion and micro-managing of the forums. But I could be wrong.

Topdog's point stands I guess, regardless of being delivered in an extreme, there isn't really any oversight to the moderation. I think all moderators can view deleted posts in a thread and who deleted it. But there's no standard or protocol for forum actions of any kind.

Why the forums have always been bush league compared to the project itself.
