Poor writing is what ruined this movie.

1) The entire fight between the frost wolf chief and the Orc Warlock/shaman ? was a complete waste of time horribly done. It served no purpose what so ever for moving the movie along.

2) total BS on the orcs accepting the female half orc just because she stabbed the king ooooh what they could see that she was killing orcs and helping alliance guys up to that point , she was wearing alliance armor ! sigh so dumb.

A golden age comic book character with a cheesy as hell origin story that ends up wearing the American Flag and a big round shield is doing pretty well after 3 movies in terms of critical acclaim and cash drawn in.
The days of saying "this will never work" when looking at your source material are over. It's all about effort and presentation now. The orcs had a shot and it came out shit.
