bind locations and faction

http://wiki.project1999.com/Bind_Locations is this correct? I thought there was a ruin you could bind in in everfrost.

If it is correct is there an easy way to get halas guard / merchant quest?

I'm not sure if you can bind in Everfrost.

Factioning depends on your class (eg, if you have access to illusion masks or sneak). Aalderon knows all the ins and outs of factioning in classic Everquest, and he's who I usually go to with faction questions -- try sending him a tell, messaging him, or posting in "Server Chat."

halas faction? slaughter BB to get warrior faction, then turn in the fang to the warrior guild for lots of other halas factions, I'm not sure if that fixes the rogue faction, but that surely fix the merchant and shaman faction. I think banker in halas is on rogue faction, I'm unsure there, but he's definitely surrounded with rogue... accessing merchant is easy, for banker I'm not sure

Gnolls in Blackburrow don't raise warrior faction as far as I know (see, eg, http://wiki.project1999.com/A_patrolling_gnoll). On my Iksar monk, I killed 1600 gnolls for ~300 fangs, and the turn ins were enough to get me from KoS to apprehensive with the warriors, but I didn't con any shamans, and merchants are still dubious. And yes, the banker is a rogue, and rogue faction is unaffected by the gnoll fang quest.

damn, you are right... I was sure I got faction with warrior like that, guess I started as non kos with them... and giving tooth until non kos to shaman got me to warmly with them... sorry, then, not sure how you can do that, the obvious solution would be to turn in hundreds of fangs, but I'm unsure how you can turn them in if you're kos

i found a way but its annoying. theres a merchant that can be brought to the zone line with charm then rooted and calmed so i can invis turn in to get warrior faction. not sure how much i need to go from threat to dub but i imagine its alot of polar bear skins and orc bracers. most of their quests are from lvl 61 gms. guess ill hunt in sol a unless one of the ruins will let me bind.
