Slow pixel flow? The last month of Empire we were raiding about 10 hours a week and clearing out every loot worthy mobs cept AOW and Tunare with 0 interruptions.

Unable and unwilling are two different things. Once you are used to 10 hours a week of raiding for a pixel bukkakae you really think you'd put people through 6 hours of trash clearing for 1 mob? naw.

Can someone please explain this term to me?

I took a 6 moth break and upon my return i have seen people from tempest using this term quite often on the forums.

It is my understanding that empire disband after waking the sleeper.

However, based on this term being thrown around one would be lead to believe tempest was beating empire in pvp and winning mobs over empire, causing empire players to join tempest leading to the inevitable break up of the guild empire.

i have a hard time believing the ladder, as tempest seems much worse in pvp and pve from what i have seen.

can someone please clear this up for me?
