idk if it's the same but my zones are fully loading, then nothing. not every zone, but a lot. kinda makes the game unplayable on red since im just sitting there linkdead almost every time i port/zone.

my connection is great, first thing i checked.

My "go-to" with any connectivity issues is to check you're using a wired/ethernet connection... wireless can be an extra issue sometimes.
