Tani N'Marr unable to be pick pocketed.

I'm level 60 with max skill and he just gives unsuccessful messages over and over.

I waited for fresh spawns to confirm, he doesn't even give plat or pages as he usually did before.

What does he /con?

There was a similar bug with Founy that made him above the maximum level in which you can pickpocket an NPC.

I got this Saturday morning from Tani on my first attempt. I am lvl 50 with max pick pocket skill. He con'ed blue to me.
