Default Cloth armour.... is it really worth it ?

Just a quick question for a level 11 mage, and any other INT casters who need this answered:

Is there much point to buying yourself a full kit of cloth armor? Will it really help you that much at these low levels to take less damage?

I guess what im saying is, does the AC bonus justify spending your money on cloth armor? Or save for something better in your late teens/20's.

I usually don't buy it, but I do target mobs that drop it. It does help.

edit----

as to whether is it worth it or not.....that depends how much money you have and your play style. As a necro I would say yes since I tank once in a while...as a mage maybe not. Wizard probably yes, but I solo a decent amount.

I would say no only for mages. Your fire pet is too good to worry about it.

On a mage style is everything. If you look good you feel good. If you feel good you play good.

If you need any style pointers feel free to ask kimmie or myself.

Here's all you need to know about playing a mage:

1. Set all keys to /pet attack

2. Slap wang against keyboard
