If you can't even fap to the pictures then the case needs to be thrown out. Ain't no slooter's titties worth 55 million. The Hulk's law suit is different in that it included audio, which was used to destroy his career. Erin Andrews's career is actually doing better now with the sex tape, kinda like a lil Kim Kardashian style fairytale. | ||

The old Erin Andrews never would have replaced Brooke Burke on DWTS. Fact. Everyone I know said the same thing "Wow that tape really worked out well for her". You wouldn't find a jury of in-touch well-connected people to disagree that she didn't benefit greatly from the tape.
