I like Gong/Colgate as raid leaders and all the Holo guys, but the guilds built and won EQ. That's the road to retirement, I haven't been a part of a Velious progression guild yet I just stood around 90 people led by pros for a month or w/e.

I think a lot of people who haven't experienced Velious would enjoy Tempest for that reason, building a guild from the ground up and progressing is different than joining the top guild and standing there till you wonder what you're doing with your life and just log off forever.

That's great and all. But like the other 15 versions of guilds that have tried this they will all fail. People don't change.

I think for a long time it was content shortage, I don't think Tempest has any goals of beating Empire or competing heads up just going for targets that they aren't super concerned about.

Maybe that will lead into trying to compete for some of the lower attendance raids which would be fun for everyone involved.

This box could stop being so gay and have fun PVP.

And the real toxic guys haven't been in Tempest from what I've seen.

I hate to say it but <friends> crew minus Salem, and Lite are the worst thing for a guild from my experience and I really hope they don't snake in and try to be part of the leadership.

That's my personal opinion I don't speak for the people who run Tempest.

Lite is a great thing for any guild.

If you are looking to destroy it and resort to making a new thread every month about another emulator you will be griefed off of after a month.
