The White Dragon Helm should only have 10 Magic Resist but instead have a worn "Endure Magic" buff which provides the additional 20 MR to meet the current 30 MR total.

Like the Zlandicar Heart (Regeneration worn effect), the worn effect should be passive and always function (I.E. Not a clicky), and also stack with everything including Endure, Resist or Group Resist Magic.

As far as I'm aware, it should remain in this state through the life of the server. These comments about it are in October 2001. The first comments of 30 MR and no effect are in 2003. That isn't to say it happened earlier, but I couldn't pin down the exact date.
