problems with atlantic web traffic
since tue morning, american based website dont load up properly.
eg youtube, facebook, zam, p99 etc Uk or euro based ones are fine. maybe the line is being tapped by north korea? Anyone else noticed this, a 36 sec delay before a site loads up.

bunch of problems lately, doubt any of them are related though.
Bunch of people all over reporting packet loss spiking on every platform in the last 24-48 hours. Did some diagnostics, confirmed not just blips something big is happening somewhere or its one hell of a cosmic coincidence.
