Btw for empire members who are not aware half the items you think you have a chance for or they ask you to send a tell for I wouldn't bother as they already know who's getting the item........ you can say that about any p99 guild that has ever existed tho. i don't think any guild on red has ever had a transparent loot council (aka any member can join and listen to loot decisions, but are muted)

i understand why though, its a big distraction in EQ where the raids aren't instanced and you can't afford to just sit there for 5 minutes awarding an item with half of your guild not in the raid teamspeak channel.

you don't think friends has a line for aon's and whatever other big ticket items are within grasp? you're fooling yourself its just the reality of the server.

yeah that's the other thing, red server has a low pop so you can't really have an ubermensch guild of players who don't constantly whine about loot decisions. transparent council would never work on red.

Loot council is dumb in a game with no progression should be straight dkp with a decay mechanic
