Yes, The Dragon helm can be custom graphiced by a vel faction smith.

You shouldn't be able to customize it, shouldn't have a graphic at all. I did a search for Custom White Dragon Helm, which is what it would be called if you could customize it, and nothing shows up.

I'm pretty sure that dude was just talking out of his ass, can't find any other mention of it being customizable.

Should just be Cowl of Mortality, Crown of the Kromzek Kings, Frostreaver's Velium crown, and plate quest helms.

We all know the helm models are in, its just a matter of having the NPCs/quests/whatever in the game that allows us normal players to convert our helms to their custom versions.
