Runing back to gather mobs to drop them on a raid is called training . He is a rogue he could have easily sneak/hide past them but he didn't

i mean if we're not being totally hyperbolic for the sake of winning e-arguments, there's trains that happen accidentally and trains that happen intentionally. i wasn't at seb last night, so no comment on that one. in the past i've seen ragnaros train, but i've also seen him get accused of trains that were accidental because he has a rep for training. let the GM's decide things, no need to armchair argue over it lol.
