Game Mechanics: POM (Plane of Mischief) Drop rate on cards

Drop rates on Quest Cards in the Plane of Mischief have been significantly lower since the last patch. They drop maybe 25% as much as they used to. Now seeing there was no notation of this within the patch summary. I feel i need to ask. Was this deliberate or is it a bug?

yeah mhm i'm gonna have to go ahead and agree with this one. there is no way the drop rate should be this poor, i haven't seen a throne drop in about 50 kills now. i'm super rustled about it.

been farming PoM since first week of velious

it was always that bad

that's why on red there are still only like 3 MR flowers on the entire server

drop rate has always been bad. well over 20 kills on alice4 brenn/grenn. nada other than squires lol
