Mastinu she can, you just have to ask for an IP exception like we have done. It just takes time from what I hear, but everyone that asks for one gets one.

If we turn this thread negative I don't see them rushing to help anyone. But it's good to see their obviously getting ready to do it again on how long some people have been waiting.
