all Tool, specifically Lateralus, every time I hear that song I picture a troll shaman running through North Ro. Also swamp song reminds me of innothule. Stinkfist reminds me of lower guk.
Foo Fighters - Everlong reminds me of a gnome caster running through steamfont.

I also would have my boombox/radio propped up on my desk and just listened to the local rock station so alot of those 2000s rock hits bring up alot of nostalgia for me as well.

Dark Tranquillity's older stuff for sure, that's when I really started getting into death metal / black metal, Opeth was another one. So many to choose from.

We'll enjoy the awesome music while they ignore us. I'll check WebMD & research this "rustled" thing & get back to u with some symptoms we'll have to feign to make it look good tho.

I'm so glad I gave my friend my account right as Velious launched, all the music I get nostalgic for reminds me of things like parties with my friends, road trips, getting laid. Ahh, being a normal teenager was awesome.

OH MAAAN.. RIP being a 12 year-old on Napster days!
  • Nelly Furtado's album "Whoa Nelly" in its entirety and spending a ton of time in Sebilis/EJ/and CoM!
  • Madonna's album "Music" and rolling my first Dark Elf Necro in Unrest.

Yeah I totally still listen to those albums when I'm in those zones....

Or, understanding time management. I'd say I probably got more out of those years than most, not just gamers. My typical schedule consisted of school, work, lifting, and EQ after everything was done. Around that schedule, I spent my time traveling, hanging out with friends, and playing with girls. That being said, I had two RL friends that played so much EQ, it ended up pushing them to become Born-Again Christians. I recall one them telling me that he had to quit EQ when he realized he'd lost his job, his girlfriend, and was being evicted. Showering had become a weekly task and eating was barely afforded. Yet, he managed to keep paying for an internet connection and a subscription. He said that the two year period had all been a blur for him, due to lack of sleep... Crazy and sad, but he got his life back together.
