Thunderhoof Quiver haste/WR?

Reading P1999 Wiki it mentions the thunderhoof quiver gets Weight Reduction in velious . I have the quiver but don't see anything mentioned. Does anyone know if wiki is accurate and this is going to happen or just incorrect wiki?

This is accurate it does get the 33% weight reduction in Velious era and the topic has been discussed numerous times on the forums.
