People disappearing/unable to perform actions

Only in the last two weeks I've frequently been having issues where the other players around me will either disappear completely, get frozen in an action (walking into a wall, attacking the air), or bounce around the screen erratically. In addition, I can't see any chat, and attempting to perform actions results in nothing. For example, a forage will tell me I managed to scrounge up some food but nothing appears on my cursor. In order to fix it I have to /ex (camping doesn't work) and then relog. When I log back in, the food item will then be on my cursor.

It's happening more and more regularly now and is really starting to bum me out. I don't wanna get screwed having to log back in to a dangerous situation. Anyone have any ideas? Nothing has changed with my internet or hardware.

This has been happening to me also, especially noticeable while looting, also makes bard kiting impossible,
