Spells: Splurt not removable?

Hello,

The 51 necro spell splurt seems bugged?

Got splurted in my 2nd buff slot. Recant/pillaged myself 3 times . Spurt still in 2nd slot.

Buff slots get bugged sometimes when zoning. It wasn't actually your 2nd slot.

I think it's actually that buff slots get bugged while buffing/debuffing/dotting/dispelling, and then zoning corrects the incorrect order shown.

If your a enchanter, had illusion up and zoned. Then you get splurted. It will bug out and show its in 2nd slot but really is at the bottom. Happens often if you dont hit yourself with illusion after zoning.

Another necro/enchanter bug is with scent of terris and illusion drybone.
