Yes, most people that play bards do damage until a gate class gates. What is your point? No reason to not range nukes as a bard. There is absolutely no way to win if you are just sitting there taking nukes as a bard.

As I said before, I have done that and made casters gate. But how do I secure the kill? Is there a way to do so as a bard?

He didn't have a pet up. If he had one, I would have charmed it and it would have poofed. And he is a more capable player than you realize. See this very thread for 3 screenshots. I already acknowledged two or three mistakes I made in strategy and tactics. Getting kills as a bard is not that simple. It seems like you're not really reading.

You don't secure the kills, that is why there are rarely good YT. It is just people backstabbing people not paying attention or finding people in crappy situations. If a caster is outdoors and paying attention there is no reason for them to die unless it is by an enchanter.

Your best bet is to go find some melee out in the middle of a big zone and hope you kill them before their worker mallets procs.
