Spells: Spells Casting all the way but not doing anything

While casting spells, the whole spell will finish casting but wouldn't do anything no fizzle or interrupt messages, I also wasn't moving at all.. I'm an Enchanter

This has happened with bards lately too - it's not like bard songs are easy to interrupt, too! Been casting charm or something random, but mostly noticed with charm. Even item clicks are a bit weird lately - I click an item and it'll immediately interrupt and not do anything (i'll still see casting and such). Singing steel bracer it goes common with.
