Game Mechanics: Water and mob bug in Ak'Anon

I've died around 4 times now from the water in Ak'Anon. I cannot replicate this anywhere else, but I haven't tryed alot. When I jump in the water, it immediately deativates my ability to look up. I can use my mouse to look any other direction but it will not allow me to look up. So i drown and get ported to gfay where my bind is...i'm so sick of this run. The other bug is the decaying skeles in the Necro guild in Ak'Anon have something like 400hp. This is a problem at level 5 and has caused another couple deaths (just assuming my client was bugged and trying again.) My last two hours of CR'ing have been quite frustrating.

Are you swimming in third person? I can't swim up when in 3rd person mode, but it obv works fine in 1st person.

If you use Page up, even in 3rd person, you swim up I do believe.
