Error 1018

So I'm getting error 1018 on my account when trying to log in to the server. I can't find any recent posts regarding this issue happening. My client had frozen while logging in on my monk, and when trying to log back in is when I got this error. This happened to me in the past on a separate acct with P99 as well (maybe a year ago?). I don't get a lot of time to play, so having to start over (even at level 10) basically resets a few weeks or more of work. This caused me to stop playing P99 as well last time. As this is an account related issue, and would it be possible to have toons moved to a separate LS server account that I have? And/or has any workaround/fix been implemented for this?

Just means your character is still logged in. Wait several minutes and try again.

took me about an hour and a half for it to let me back in, but finally did.
