I can't see when other players spells land.

I have everything turned on and to the maximum in the display settings, I can see my own spells being cast and landing
as well as other player spells being cast but I can't see when other player spells land. Is there a fix to this or am I just
going to have to get my files again from a different source?

rename your eqclient.ini that will reset all of your options
