forage skill needed?

can these be obtained with skill under 100?

am guessing its time consumming to get one?

I think even the races that can forage without the class skill can forage up the high end stuff, it's just far less likely.

I've managed ancient coins in EJ on my iksar necro as well as morning dew.

As Swish says, a higuer skill on foraging only make you forage more often. My druid with maxed forage skill gets an item 100% of the time, but it doesn't make you get rare items more often.
