Frost Bunny Stew Failure - no pot returned

I created Frost Bunny Stew w/:
Saucy Bunny Meat x1
Spices x1
Water Flask x1
Water Flask x1 (2 total)
Pot x1

I failed the combine but the Pot was not returned on failure.

I also had the same experience. However, I also noticed the Pot is not returned on success either. So I'm thinking the Pot is not supposed to be returned on failure.

There are comments from 2003/2004 that it wasn't returned.

EQTraders shows the Pot returned too on failure.
