Black Screen, failing to launch?

Hail,
Upon opening Launch Titanium, it appears that the program is running but I get just a black screen and my mouse pointer turns into the classic EQ look.
But nothing else.

What can I do?

I DLed WinEQ but cannot get it to work. It keeps just looking for EQ.exe.
Tried changing the profile to look for Launch Titanium but cant seem to figure that out either.

Any help would be awesome...
