what you talking about, no frontal stun is both better pve and pvp for shaman

being able to root without fear of interrupt in situations where you agroo 5 mobs is essential for pve, solo tranix for shaman ogre no problem, solo tranix with troll shaman, you're in trouble

for pvp it's obviously better cause getting spells of is key
