High Quality Kodiak Pelt drop rate

Must have killed 40 of those guys last night w/o any drops. Am I just unlucky or is the drop rate really this low?

I made two posts on this topic. Unfortunately, they classicly had terrible drop rate. Magelo shows a 3% chance. Going 40 without one is pretty typical. It took me probably 100+ to get my 2.

The iceball for #9 was worse. I went probably 250-300 before I saw a single drop. However Nilbog fixed that drop rate and the Walrus drop rate apparently.

Kodiak Hides are going to be the big delay in these quests I imagine due to their rarity. Maybe Druids and Rangers and Bards at low level can make bank by farming these to sell though!
