If Global OOC is not for Global Out of Character Chat can we just remove it? I got a warning for saying "Plug King Stasis." I mean seriously?

LOL damn even better. Where are these rules posted anyway or is this just a spur of the moment change? Every other GM including Rogean has used OOC for chat and never had a problem with it.
