it doesn't say you aren't allowed to talk shit. If you are recovering your corpse and retreating promptly, shit talk should be fine. It says nowhere in that sentence that shit talking actually violates the LNS and gives players the right to kill you.

If you can leave the zone and aren't doing so just to talk shit, it's an lns violation.
