Angry DSETUP.dll is missing from your computer.

I have installed the fresh Titanium files and extracted the p99 files into the folder.

When I hit "Launch Titanium" it states,

"The Program can't start because DSETUP.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

I have reisntalled already , am I missing something here? I just unistalled my Mcaffe vp now too. any help would be much appreciated thank you!

Your virus software is ganking it. It happens to me all the time when I use a different PC to run p99. Turn virus protection off my friend OR give it permission to run. I would repatch the update without the VP on and see if it works.

if the AV blocked the file, its been quarantined and deleted. If you uninstalled your AV, you should be able to download it and extract it again. If that still doesn't work, might want to try reinstalling AV and adding it as an exception. theres a helpfu link somewhere.

let me play forumquest and i will edit in the link.

Yeah, It was a little confusing. I wasn't sure where my anti-virus program was blocking it.
It turned out to be when I transferred the p99 update files into my EQ folder.
I transferred again after I had taken off my useless McAfee program and it worked flawlessly.

Thank you for the reply's and help!
