Question dsetup.dll missing

So I installed Windows 8 in preparation for Windows 10, and fully backed up my Titanium client before formatting and installing. When I copied the backup over to play, it told me that eqgame.exe could not start because dsetup.dll was missing.

I checked my Kaspersky quarantine, and nothing was there. I have no idea what happened. Any help with this would be appreciated, as it's been 3 whole days since I played, and already I'm starting to get the itch.

Put a exclusion in your anti virus for the Eq folder then try extracting patch again.

I turn off my Mcafee because it removes the dll.

Sent them emails, and did phone calls to get them to add it to the safe list. All efforts wasted. Stupid company.

Worthless antiviruses.
