1k to spend on a monk? Also farming clickes

My monk friend and I are in our 20s now. The only real item he has is one Master Wu's Trance Stick. Have some 55hp rings on an alt I can give him, and 1k to maybe buy him something else. What would you recommend?

That's 1k red server so maybe ~3-4k blue plat after conversion.

And yeah, we were thinking of farming Bracer of the Hidden or Shrunken Goblin Skull Earring for some more money. Are there guides on how best to do this?

Full cured silk armor, for the. slots missing, another weapon cane of traq, magic boots if youcan find any, azure sleeves are decently cheaptoo. wont have much left after that.

We're planning to get Crescent stuff from Dalnir, if we can. Anyone know how hard it is to duo that stuff as naked sham/monk?

Dalnir is no joke. If you guys are naked I wouldn't recommend stepping in there if you're < 40-45

Wolf fur slippers are a good start for magic monk boots, i'd prolly get a 2HB of some sort (wu's quivering) and a second weapon to go along with his trance stick. (i always loved the look of trance stick + knuckle duster)

If I had 4k for a monk and rings taken care of, I'd prolly do something like this:

2 Jade Maces 2k
wolf fur slippers 450
azure sleeves 50
glowing bone collar 300
werewolf skin cloak 250
sarnak hide mask 100

Foreman's tunic 100
Feathered Leggings 50
drolvarg mantle 50
lizardscale belt 50
hero bracer 400

Could sub out the jade maces if you want to reallocate that money somewhere else, but even with them youre totaling about 4k as long as you are stingy in EC.

Stack as much HP and sta as you can. When the nukes fly in your failed fd during a pull, you won't regret it.

You can main hand a Wu's Quivering Staff until your 50's before you'd really need to upgrade. It'll out dps any one hand options until you're epiced.

You could get all this for under 4k.

I'd focus on farming stuff if possible. If you want anything JC'ed (dex/sta rings or whatever) then I'll do it at cost (buy me the bars + gems and I'll hocus pocus) if you can make it to North Freeport bank.
