Alliances don't work. This is how it's going to go down. Week 1 it seems pretty cool, then Lite starts talking more and more, pretending as though he'll go with the flow, suddenly he's shouting in TS, trying to take over, direct the alliance etc. If you win a mob, and distribute loot, Azrael_Player01 who wins it and then kills someone in the contesting alliance will result in the inevitable "WTF!!!! We just gave this guy loot and now he's killing my seb group!!!! WTF!!!!!!" The inevitable PKing with alts of alliance members, despite everyone claiming they are mature and are "ok" with pvping outside of contesting, the "this guy in the alliance just trained my exp grouP!!!!!!" the crying over loot calls, etc., etc. Doesn't work, won't work.

An aliance wont work...but the guilds merging into one guild with the original guild leaders as a council will work, lets see if you middle aged men have what it takes to work together
