what do you mean fullscreen? the main purpose of WINEQ2 is to put it in a Window...

If you just want the window larger, go into game options and increase your Resolution

I'm pretty sure you have to have the pro subscription to get emulated fullscreen mode to work. It works for me and I have a pro sub.
