I've been talking to the staff and It will most likely be against the PNP to continually harass raids in Velious.

Unless you are making an attempt to contest and kill the opposing force you will not be allowed to engage in "hit and run" tactics or otherwise continuously grief a raid force (i.e dispelling/attacking clerics on a pull) while they attempt a mob.

Failure to follow this will be treated like an infraction of the PNP and will be dealt as such.

If you are actually attempting to contest the mob with a sufficient raid force then everything is business as usual.

I feel that this new rule is a good compromise between allowing guilds the ability to PVP for content but still allow other guilds to engage in progression.
