NPC Spawn Issue: Bilge Farfathom

Can I get confirmation this guy is still spawning since the latest two patches?

Haven't seen my friend in awhile and I'm starting to get worried that a patch broke his spawn cycle again.

If you've killed him recently posting logs of the date would be helpful too.

He works fine.

Similar to the SRO AC change, it is/should be more difficult to spawn him.

Interesting! Maybe I got too used to the P99 version.
