I was in EL while GW+HOLO was allied and taking control of the raid content.

I then joined GW after the alliance broke and tried to help GW contest.

During a VS, holocaust allied with fresh to ensure victory. Moral was destroyed due to the holo+fresh alliance and leadership being non-existent in GW.

Azrael recruited some of us that were originally in EL that had moved to GW to help contest.

I was in EL when holocaust started mass recruited, i may have joined holocaust originally but saw ragnaros with a holocaust tag and knew he was a faggot, so decided against it.

nobody in the core of Holocaust is here to have challenging raid encounters. Raids are a means to an end on PvP servers. they always were. and the faster they die, the better.

doing things in PvE isn't awesome

that should be the last thing on your mind as a PvP guild. but therein lies the problem - azrael is not a PvP guild. you want meaningful PvE content. we don't give a shit about how it dies. the fact that it does die, though, that's the real goal.

i could wipe to trakanon with 200 people, rez up and kill it, and i would literally not give a fuck about whatever anyone else had to say about wiping. you dudes are using the same jargon you did with nihilum, because all nizzar cared for was PvE. keeping the content from azrael is infinitely more pleasing than dredging through another repop day.

I can't speak for azrael as a whole, i am not an officer and make no decisions.

merely giving you the reason's i prefer AZ to Holo.

pve is a necessity and a large part of this game, which i play to have fun. Although i would prefer to be in a pvp skirmish over killing a dragon any day of the week, you have to kill dragons to get gear and make you a stronger pvp player. So, if i have to pve to lvl up and to get loot.. i would prefer to have fun doing it, and feel like i earned what i received.

this is a pvp server, giving you the capability to lock out the other half of the server whom are split into multiple guilds that don't prefer to be given handouts for sitting around next to 80 other ppl and not doing jack shit.

idk.. to each there own. I understand why you play the way you do, but I prefer to play the way i do.

that being said.. i don't understand what any of this has to do with colgates outdated botb title, playing on oor alts while people are actually online PVPing, his tendency to cower and run from any person that challenges him to a 1v1, and his overall cowardliness in regards to pvp on a pvp server.

the strats are old and easy - that's why velious was released fifteen years ago. it's exciting seeing what loot drops and when pals get stoked for making gains, but other than that it isn't even remotely challenging. as you've said, the bigger challenge is making sure people are doing what they're supposed to be doing.

the "handouts" are an effort to make the server larger, not to stifle azrael's chances at any modicum of success. fortunately, that's an addition to that retarded/ loaded catchphrase "handout" which I actually enjoy.

"outdated" is propaganda. it's a sleazy way for Lite to try and recruit (which he fucking sucks at). if colgate won the botb and never logged in again, no one would be saying his title was outdated. they'd just want the next botb to come. you dont need to worry about what we're doing in game. worry about yourselves. maybe we'll see you in VP?

this is the point I never understood about az, as a new player joining the server you were bombarded by them about how evil nilly was during ur 1-50 journey -- when it was just their own inability to step up and contest. it's learning to accept failure, then living with it really.

not everyone who joins EQ wants to sit in in some spazs guild waiting 3 years just for an off chance to get their epic and see raid content, and then when it finally happens he RMT's it to his ratty buddies. Heck 90% of new apps to guilds like Holo in 3 months end up seeing and doing more in EQ than some vets of AZ have done in 3 years.
