The population on the project has not actually grown, your simply trading Blue players to the red box, that's like stealing from the left hand to fill the right.

What is the point of having all the blue players who cant get into raid rotation pixel up on red, they don't want to pvp here. So in the end you'll have increased the server population on red by making a one guild server and destroying all PvP. Essentially making another blue server from the rejects of the real one.
