That one is simple. Players go first and if they bust the house wins automatically even if the dealer busts later in the hand.

wut? i don't count cards, though I know how to [any idiot can learn how to count cards with a day of practice], nor do I play table games. I do happen to know about it though from reading 2+2 boards. I played online poker for many years on full tilt doing 6man superturbos. what is this thread about again?

"counting cards" doesnt consist solely of literally counting cards. it consists of developing a strategy against a shoe that may contain X (a number) of decks, where reshuffling occurs at some point Y (before the shoe is exhausted), and being able to quantify the edge based on this strategy. it's complicated, and casinos use large enough shoes, and shuffle quickly enough into the shoe, so that winning via card counting is now impossible (there is no cardcounting strategy that is +ev)

Basic strategy in blackjack should see you profit 2% an hour, 2% might be a little or a lot. Reality with any betting if you want to win big, bet big.
