Two is not a kill force if you plan on bringing more. And it was Taken that petitioned IB for war + cleric stalling Naggy (for about 5 mins before they engaged with full force), not TMO. And seriously, you would probably spend your time better arguing about how raiding policies work with someone who isn't an officer in one of the main raiding guilds.

In Indignations case they attacked with a warrior and a rogue "their force", basicly if they where lucky and didn't get any adds,(in a zone with 100+ mobs) didn't get feared, had 5+1 CH charges each and the server lagg was working for them..they could have killed it.
but 9 times out of 10 they would have died.

And didn't TMO petition IB for killing a dragon with a warrior and a BP cleric ? (didn't IB petition TMO for something like that also? )

Actually 9 times out of 10 a Warrior and Rogue with 12 charges of CH could kill Draco. A Monk and Rogue could probably pull it off too. Draco is a mini for a reason.

I mean he's assuming Fear is spawned when these attempts on Draco happen. 9 times out of 10 Fear is down. It stays cleared most of the time. Guilds track it and check it to know when they can gear clear it.
